Make sleep a priority – Adults should be getting 7+ hours/night; kids/teens 8-10 hours/night
Stay hydrated – consume at least half your body weight in oz of water; athletes should get 1oz /pound of body weight + more during training sessions
Eat real whole foods, minimally processed food or foods you can quickly identify where on earth they came from, literally!
Prioritize eating veggies, including dark leafy greens. You should aim to get 4+ servings per day
Eat the Rainbow (variety) of carbs and proteins to fuel your vitamin/mineral needs daily
Ensure you are eating 25-30g of fiber each day
Move your Body – aim to elevate your heart rate for at least 30 mins 3-5 days/week and/or strive to get 8K+ steps in per day
